When you browse the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general usage patterns. Choosing “Reject” limits the optional tracking technologies we are able to gate through that control. We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely to operate the Site and deliver our services:

  • Google (Analytics, Fonts): for site analytics and web font delivery.
  • Leadsy: for visitor tracking and lead engagement.
  • Cal.com: for scheduling discovery calls.
  • Chatbase: for the on-site chat assistant.
  • Google Sheets / Google Apps Script and Slack: contact and lead-form submissions are routed to an internal Google Sheet and a Slack notification channel so our team can respond to inquiries.
  • DigitalOcean Spaces: used to securely store files you upload through our contact or project forms.
  • Vercel: our website hosting provider.

Each of these providers processes information according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit through forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested services, and comply with our legal and business record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the relevant analytics provider.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8 below.
